Process To Arrange Institutional Affiliation With ACRP

The affiliation of institutions with ACRP is done through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ACRP and the relevant institution. The memorandum sets out the goals or reasons the parties have, for entering into a relationship and the contributions that the parties agree to make. towards the achievement of the goals.

A generic (or example) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been prepared by ACRP, which would normally be used as basis for a discussion towards the structuring of a relationship between the parties. During negotiations the generic document will be amended as needed to adequately describe the specifics of the relationship between the parties involved.

Institutions wanting to become affiliated with ACRP are invited to indicate their intent or desire to enter into a relationship by completing the Indication of Intent and forwarding it to the central ACRP office (This email address is being protected from spambots. The submission of the form will be followed by a discussion with an ACRP representative to determine the nature of the relationship with ACRP and to craft the MoU accordingly. The process will be concluded by the formal signing of the MoU.
